Within this context, the competition for a new philharmonic hall and arts center for the well-known school raised the question: how can architecture establish a complimentary relationship between the oldand the new – a dialogue between tradition and modernity?

Known for his impressive unisex pieces with exaggerated silhouettes, Peter Movrin is an award-winning and much respected fashion designer. Just consider his work has taken part in exhibitions such as at the MoBa Biennale, where his collection was displayed alongside garments by legends such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Maison Martin Margiela and Prada.

Tailoring is slashed on the revere or under the pockets, reworked as panels to reveal vivid red lining on long and lean coats and suit jackets. An abstracted Kabuki pattern is the dominant and recurring motif featured throughout the collection. It is used all-over, as an asymmetric placement or stripped back to just a single block of colour.

Urban population is increasing at an unprecedented speed. Density’s growth is inevitable. The living space has to be extruded from the ground up to satisfy the need of dwelling area. Each skyscraper is like an isolated island. We suggest a sky street at the height of 150 meters to connect all these unjoined realities and we superposed it in order to liberate the ground floor and let place to nature.

Pavilion/stage for “Nature Concert Hall” is designed as an art object that unifies all main atmosphere making components of the event – space, light, video and music. Under theroof of the pavilion is a place for academic symphonic chamber orchestra of 20 people and Nature Concert Hall music band. Nature Concert Hall 2014 took place in Gauja National park, near Sigulda, Latvia and its main character was armoured fish –Asterolepis Ornate.
